This is my 12th year teaching vocal music in Brighton Area Schools. I used to be the choir teacher for both Scranton and Maltby Middle Schools. I have been the vocal music teacher at Maltby Intermediate school for the past 6 years.
I received my Bachelors of Vocal Music Education at Eastern Michigan University. I have been singing since the 5th grade. I have taken private voice lessons, piano and played the flute, clarinet and bass clarinet in band. I have a Masters degree in Educational Psychology from Eastern Michigan University.
I currently live in Hamburg with my husband and 2 daughters. In my free time I enjoy reading, running and spending time with my family and friends. I am looking forward to another fun year at Maltby.
