How Do I Sign Up My Child?

A Note About Room Occupancy:
Currently, once you are able to register, you can only sign your child up for a quad room (four students in two double beds). Once Student Adventures has a better idea of the total number of students participating, it may be possible for students to sign up for a double room, though for a higher price. However, feedback from past student participants has been that they very much enjoyed having a full room (four occupants) as part of the trip experience.
The price for this year's trip is: $1,188.00
Registration takes only a few minutes and the registration deposit is only $200.00

PLEASE NOTE: There is limited space on the trip and space is filled on a first come, first serve basis. Your spot on the trip will NOT be secured until the initial deposit is made.
The deadline for enrollment is: 10/4/2024.
Signing up prior to the deadline IS NOT a guarantee that you will have a spot on the trip. When we fill the 6th bus the trip is closed and all that sign up after the 6th bus is filled will be placed on a waitlist. In the case that we have enough students to open an 7th bus then students will be moved from the waitlist to going on the trip, only if there is enough. That is why it is important to sign up and make your first deposit to secure your spot on this trip, even prior to 10/42024.
* Note - the first scheduled payment shown on our calendar for 10/4/2024 is the registration deposit and not a separate payment.

4. After creating your account, please login and register for your tour using the following trip registration ID: SMS2527
After following the on-screen registration instructions and making your deposit, you (or the person for whom you are signing up) will receive a confirmation via email. Again, you are not fully registered until the deposit is made. You can make a payment using a credit card online or by printing out your invoice and mailing in a check or money order.
PLEASE NOTE: A $10 fee is charged for calling in credit card payments over the phone.
For questions regarding the online registration process. please call Student Adventures at (877) 873-7550. Student Adventures can NOT register participants over the phone. If you cannot register online, you can pick up a registration form in the school office. Any phoned in credit card payments are charged $10.00 for each payment.
